1. ILEA perform the functions of a Central Material Traffic Terminal (CMTT), for the shipment of freight inbound to the continent and outbound;
2. ILEA is the shipment and receipt of material for commercial and non-commercial freight, containers, military transport shipments and unaccompanied baggage. All shipments, whether inbound or outbound are controlled through the National Mouvement Distribution System (NMDS) and must have the proper documentation and supporting customs forms. All invoices related to freight are paid through the Traffic Office.
