The Cashier Office is open as follows:
Summer Hours - Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 15:00
Winter Hours - Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 15:30
The Cashier Office can provide lunch-time service by appointment only. Please contact the office at +49-(0)2451-717156 to arrange an appointment.
1. Cheques: members and dependents may cash most institutional cheques and
Canadian money orders, at the Cashier Office in building A-16.
2. The CFSU(E) Cashier is unable to cash the following negotiable instruments:
a. Personal cheques or certified bank drafts;
b. Travelers cheques; and
c. Foreign money orders
3. Lunch-time service: the staff at CFSU(E) is pleased to offer lunch hour service for customers on an appointment basis. Please call ahead to make arrangements

4. In extreme and exceptional circumstances, the PAO has the discretion to cash other negotiable instruments.
