Both files (original and translation) will be given the same name, except for the language designation.
For example:

® FileName_f.doc (where _f designates the French document)
® FileName_g.doc (where _g designates the German document)
Submit the documents electronically to the CFSU(E) Translation Services Manager, who can be contacted at gudrun.mackinnon@forces.gc.ca or Gudrun_MacKinnon@t-online.de, alternately please send a CD to CFSU(E) Translation Services Manager, Room 208, Bldg B14, Selfkant-Kaserne, Quimperléstr. 100, 52511 Geilenkirchen, Germany.
In order to ensure maximum efficiency, and a high quality translation, authors are requested to submit their documents (or portions thereof) as early as possible, allowing approximately one week per two page document. Turn-around times will be reduced if you asubmit a document that has already been translated and which requires only proof-reading. (Note: documents of more than 12 pages in length may be sent to PWGS in Ottawa and the turn-around time can exceed several months.)
Clients are requested to remember that the volume of translation work through the Translation Section varies considerably, and that "turn-around times" are intended as guidelines only. We always strive to meet clients' time goals, but this will not always be possible.
