To have a strong, fully trained organization with clear policies and processes that reflect today’s Canadian trends and realities in order to be the service of choice.
To respond to the needs of all National Defence Units in Europe in order to acquire and to maintain a competent, committed and productive civilian workforce and to promote sound civilian personnel administration. We achieve this in a spirit of partnership with clients by providing professional personnel strategies, advice, programs and services of highest quality respectful of the Acts, Regulations, Policies and Directives applicable to the Public Service in general and to Locally-Engaged Staffs in particular.
