Eligibility: Employment opportunities are restricted to dependents of serving Canadian military members/Civilian Component members in Europe, who are neither nationals of any state not a party to NATO nor ordinary residents in the state in which the force is located.

Applications must include a curriculum vitae, a completed application form and a letter of introduction.

Applicants must clearly demonstrate on their application that they meet all of the essential criteria listed on the employment opportunity poster and are eligible to apply. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of their application.

On-line applications may be submitted to the e-mail address indicated on the poster until the closing date/time (Central European Standard Time - CEST) of the relevant competition.

Applications received after the deadline cannot be accepted.

Candidates are entitled to participate in the appointment process in the official language of their choice. Applicants are asked to indicate their preferred official language in their application.

The levels are ordered from A (lowest) to C (highest), and are cumulative: an employee functioning at level B can accomplish tasks at levels A and B, and an employee functioning at level C can accomplish tasks at all three levels.

Any employment opportunity that requires a bilingual incumbent will be advertised with the level of bilingualism required for the position clearly identified on the poster.
